Chef's Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  •  1lb Store Bought Macaroni Salad
  •  2 lbs Store Bought Prepared Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
  •  1/2 tsps. Chopped Fresh Parsley
  •  1/8 tsp. Coarse Ground Pepper
  •  1 lb (6oz) Baby Spinach
  •  6 oz Deli-Sliced American Cheese
  •  6 oz Deli-Sliced Turkey Breast
  •  1 Cup Grape Tomatoes
  •  Bottled Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

 Mix macaroni salad, pesto, parsley, and pepper; reserve.

 Layer 1/3 ham, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/3 of cheese, 1/4 cup spinach and 1/3 of turkey. Starting with short end roll up. 

Repeat to make 2 more rolls. 

Diagonally slice each roll crosswise.

Half 3/4 cup tomatoes; coarsely chop remaining.

In bowl layer some ham rolls with halved tomatoes and remaining spinach. 

Top with remaining rolls. 

Spoon macaroni salad into center: sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.

Serve with dressing.
